I played a bullet game against an opponent rated 1132 and after computer analysis it reported that my opponent had only 13 average centipawn loss and 0 blunders, 0 inaccuracies and 0 mistakes . Is this even possible for an 1100 player?

Nothing special about blacks play / he played all the obvious and normal moves in this opening. No reason to believe he was cheating.
