why there is NO prize for tourneys like extra 20,50,100,500 rating???

Because then ratings would be meaningless. They are not 'points'like in tournaments where cumulative effects like streaks matter.

Maybe instead of an increase in rating a small prize could be medals for winners of tourneys

Do you even know what rating is? It's an indication of strength, not of prestige. Winning a tournament doesn't make you a lot stronger.

@Francesco_Super I like that idea. With a number added, one could see how often a player has won a particular tournament. But, in general, the trophies on lichess are very large, some will state accounts will be overfilled with trophies. I mean, in that case they could become smaller if one has too many trophies already or one could decide wether or not he/she wants to have these trophies shown on his profile.
Anyway, I like this idea.

imagine what a shame it should be if a 1300 rated players wins yearly tourney. listing him top a year is likely nice advertisement for server. and i could do it lowering my rating 600 at purpose,

@besickenadam If you lower your rating at purpose you will be banned soon, simple. Besides, the winners of the big tournaments are shown here lichess.org/player
