this jerk won't let resign on me...

i was playing a game and i was winning, then lost a pice for him to me he was not letting on the resign button, this is infourisrating if anything , why some guys will not resin when upper the piece is beyond me, also he played weird move with pawn where he diappeared my pawn in it's rear, don't know how else 2 describe it , is this opposing player is maybe hacking game? Russians anywhere??

The bit with the pawn you are talking about is a move called en passant. It is perfectly legal. See here:

umm why is some french froggy name then given to this special move? And why I never can play it? You are obviously wrong and teh writer of there articel is desuliosnd and doez not now the rules of chess, i am sure that is some variant that u r speaking off. Sry for bad spelling its
slight dyxselxia but my concept holds, Look i was not up piece and he(assuming its he cuz chicks do not understand chess very well) gave up the button not letting resign to me..What is so hard to undrerstand in this???

Sorry, how is it possible that your opponent didn't let you resign?...

You can only do en passant under specific circumstances. If your opponent use a pawn stepping forward two squares, you are allowed to en passant capture it on the next, and only the next, move. You can see it yourself, just put these moves into analysis:
1. e4 a6 2. e5 d5 3. exd6

Your rating appears to be too high for you not to know and understand the en passant - in passing - rule for capturing pawns that want to avoid a confrontation.
