+16.8 is the same as +18: completely winning so it does not matter.
25...Kd8 makes it harder for white, as 25...Kd6 allows an attack of the queen with game of time on the dark squares.
Of more interest is 20...Bxg5, which turns an even game into a lost position. White was better developed, but black had the bishop's pair and thus control over the drak squares. 20...Bxg5 gives up all those advantages for black, leaving white in control..
