Why does a game sometimes in the endgame call it a draw?
@EnderSlayer a few reasons a match would be a draw:
1) Stalemate
2) Final pieces result in insufficient material to mate (e.g., a king and a bishop vs. just a king)
3) Time out and the person with remaining time has insufficient mating material (e.g., you win on time but only have your king left)

And you'd think somebody with a 2000 rating would know that.

Better mean than clueless.
Why does the Civ engines use separate shield counts for each improvement/unit? It seems so much simpler to have just one shield count for everything.
