Hello, may I know why sometimes I can't send people message. I mean...it looks like it went but it doesn't come in the inbox and if I refresh then it gets deleted. May I please know the reason?🤔

Can be an internet issue on your side..., or someone might have reported you for spamming in personal chats, abusing etc. There is a chance lichess would have taken action on that. Most probably its an internet issue. Do you get high ping?
