I played a game that I lost, then I selected the analysis of the game, then I continued the game with moves chosen by me up to the chess mate
now what should I do to save the game and see it again in the future?

If you'd like to save the analysis of the game that includes variations you made in the post-mortem, you should port the game over to a study, make your variations there and save the study chapter for later access.
