Quitting Chess Forever?

What would have to happen in order to make you think about quitting chess forever? (And please don't give any bullshit answers like "Oh I would never do that" that dance around the issue).
Most likely a life issue that is much more important than chess.
If theory becomes developed to the point that average players can force a draw with a GM even if they have low understanding.
@Serial_Checkmater : It's quite common to play chess among "the insane"... Some of the best players trough history would be classified with some sort of "insanity diagnose" nowadays.

So in response to that I would say I'll quit when only "the sane" play...
Most of today's people " would be classified with some sort of " insanity diagnose"
in the past centuries , present c. -if there will be need to do it , and I am quite sure also in future ones....
( insane behaviour propagated by mass media become normal and so on....)
@Cezrun64 That's also true. I was refering to popular culture and that it's always played chess in a asylum and so forth .

The second argument is the fact that many of them was quite eccentric and both did and believed in things that would mean they today would be heavily medicated and maybe "put away". Maybe just a wrong political belief in a strict regime...
Come to a point where I beat someone like Carlsen 99% of the times with Queen odds and blindfolded.

So I guess the chances of quitting are a bit low :)
If an exquisitely beautiful young woman told me she'd lavish attention on me in bed every night provided I stop playing chess, I'd probably quit. But I'd still miss it. :)
