Question about Leaderboard

I saw in the leaderboard that GM muisback has a rating of 2972 in blitz and is the no.1 in blitz.
But GM DrNykterstein (Magnus Carlsen Himself) has a rating of 3042 in blitz and yet he is not even in the top 100 list in blitz.
Why is this happening? pls share if you know.

As magnus don't have the rating deviation near 45 so he didn't get till now
