Today I played against someone like this:
1.d4 d5 2.Nc3 e6 3.Bf4 a6 4.e3 Nf6 5.Bb5+ axb5 6.Nxb5 Na6 7.c4 dxc4 8.Qa4 Bd7 9.Qxc4 Nd5 10.Bxc7 Naxc7 11.Nxc7+ Nxc7 0-1
I feel like this person probably fell for the Nc7+ fork once and decided to try it. This seems happens alot in my Elo(because I'm bad at the game and have low Elo), even on other chess websites where my opponents don't seem to want an interesting game and just play some cheap tactic or opening trap that they saw on YouTube or something. This person just gave up and resigned after he realised I defended. How do I find more interesting opponents that aren't just looking for quick wins but actually want to practice?
