As a current hot head .. You have to understand it gets easier to control as we age. I totally understand as well as find eric hanse's outbursts to be hilarious he doesn't swear nearly as much as some people i know myself included and if you don't like something don't watch it.
@nh78

I think you might be mistaking NPD for being misanthropic. You'll notice, I'm not always an arsehole. (Only where it counts and matters and it makes sense to do so to keep myself entertained. -- Notably, in terms of NPD, most people do not "admire" my traits, and I do not seek this, so much as keeping myself entertained at others' expense.)

That's hilarious -- @nh78 amateur web developer, professional psychologist.

It's always easy to level such claims, but, if you go back and re-read through what I posted here in this topic, you'll notice some (subjective) variability to interpretation (as well as being understanding). So, that debunks your theory. (What was it I said: Something along the lines of a comparison of me throwing a CRT out a window into public, versus a guy throwing a chair in a room in private, albeit live-streaming; and something about understanding youthful stupidity versus getting older; perspective. Yet, you start throwing around diagnosis without competency or capacity to do so?)

And, yeah, Eric Hansen does look a bit like a Neanderthal -- I stand by my commentary in the vein of a video showing him throwing furniture around like an ape.

Let me be clear: Okay, whatever dude, think what you like. Enjoy your own cup of tea or joe.

I may not always be a nice person. But one thing I don't do is make assumptions like trying to diagnose other people's personal neurotic tendencies online. (That's just asinine. I'm sorry you feel so inadequate: I can empathize with that. I was once, there, too, in addition to throwing things around in my stupid youth.)

I'm not reading too much into the "MY water" remark. That's a specific (personality) trait to use a possessive phrase (MY) about a very general object (water). I picked that up in a socio-linguistics course in college. The repetition of the phrase is the key. (Not a singular one-off.)

He was starting a streaming session at the time, and had the frame of mind to tell those watching, several times, "MY water." -- That's a very specific and personal neurotic tick. I'll bet it could be very easily observed IRL in how he interacts with others, if you stand-back as an observer, you'll probably hear a lot of possessive nouns in his day-to-day speech and interactions with others; something he's not fully aware of or monitoring. Best guess. And, either disregarding this, or being attracted to this kind of personality also speaks worlds about the observer.

Personally, I find people who constantly use possessives in referring to generalized objects to be among the most irritating kinds of people out there. (But, that's just me. That's why I picked-up on it and remember it about this individual. It's unmistakable once you've had such things pointed out to you.)

On the other hand, you could ask @nh78 about these things: He's a professional psychologist who diagnoses people over the Interweebs. I'm just a lowly programmer.
Im so sorry, Charlie. I misunderstood. You are a part time misanthrope! I updated your profile pic suggestion accordingly.

LOL. Now that's funny. Take out the long hair, makeup, goth, glasses, FAS (fetal-alcohol-syndrome) ... make me shorter and with a beard geared toward Goatee (think: shorter, fat Rob Zombie w/out Dreadlocks) ... and that's about right. Caption is relatively accurate. (I'm not heartless, I do have a lump of coal jumping around somewhere.) Cigarette in one hand, pint of beer in the other, and dark, heavy Andrew Dice Clay glasses, and that's me.
