OTB advice?

I'm going to start playing regularly in OTB tournaments g40/d5 or g60/d5 quads (ideally) or swiss around me. What is some advice you have to offer for playing in OTB tournaments on a regular basis (once a month)?

I've only played in 3 OTB tournaments before years ago. Diving back in this Saturday and then again on June 8.
