one of my ratings is 2003 is that decent

compared to other sites and apps i play on level of competition here is great and a lot harder. I play for fun and do not think of chess as a possible career. Playing for almost 21 years now. It just goes to show you every site and app people play on is different. One app I play on Im well over 2700 and I know its nothing official, and I know Im not 2700 material. That app is for fun. I have friends I play against and it's what ever. I can improve my game a lot better here. Do you consider my 2003 as a strong player or do I need to be 2300+
There is a very specific and precise answer to your question: You are better at blitz than 93.9% of players signed-up on Lichess.

Whether you think that's "decent" depends on your point of view.
