Hi,every now and then I get messages that I've lost against someone who violated the terms of service. Unfortunately, it is nowhere written who did it or in which game. I would like to block these players. Anyone know how to figure that out?
You can't play people who violated the TOS.
Lichess probably only identified those cheaters AFTER you played your games with them.
If you have played classified games against cheaters and Lichess is recognized, you must have a refund of your lost points, but you must have a non-provisional rating, see its:
lichess.org/faq#rating-refund ;)
But in my opinion if you played against players who violated the TOS, it does not change anything unless he was reported for an infraction or cheating
