No signs of improvement despite Hardwork

> Is everyone in school going to receive the highest mark? Or in university? Maybe you'll see an increase if you focus full-time on chess and give up your job and anything else that consumes your time. Or maybe you've reached your plateau in which case enjoy the game rather than chase rating.
> There's no magic formula to becoming better in chess and nobody has a continuous improvement in rating, why should you? Magnus Carlsen dreamed of being the first to hit 2900 but he's closer to 2800 these days.
Well I've been aspiring since two years to be a 2500 but things haven't really worked out for me persay . I raised this issue since the progress was almost stagnant. If you have any thoughts on the improvement part pleasee be free to share those
try to see a new perspective in learning, don't give up I'm sure you will progress

That's highly motivating thank you needed something like this!
Seems to me we get better when we play players a bit stronger than our selves or we start teaching students. A team that is made for our rating is probably the best team we can have. It's too bad the teams are not sorted by average ratings. At the moment they only show quantity of members. Do a feature request if you think it's a good idea. It might help others increase their rating.

Everyone has a rating and many have joined teams. It's just a matter of looking at a players profile and joining their team.
lichess.org/player/top/200/bullet
lichess.org/player/top/200/blitz
lichess.org/player/top/200/rapid
lichess.org/player/top/200/classical

You can also search for teams ...
lichess.org/team/all

Filter if you want, but I've already tried filtering without real success.
We need a quality filter where we can select a team by their median rating in the team.

Thank you so much. I'd Surely consider to read this blog.
Also if you have any personal suggestions on how did you cross the 2300 barrier in blitz and 2400 barrier in Rapid please share them with me.
I've been stuck on 2200 blitz for quite sometime now and cant seem to progress.
Do you advise more of tactics or books?

Absolutely I'll put this up in a form regarding Lichess Bugs and All additionally I'll tag lichess to add the hide spectators feature.
Yes the median rating setting would help better sort the ratings out. Once again a great suggestion that is highly appreciated.
