My Opponent left the game and started a new one. Pleae See. What should I do.

When I promote to queen I always stalemate.
That is why I like to promote to rook.
I imagine you decided to be a poor sport and get 4 rooks because you think he's a poor sport for not resigning?
and you think 5 rooks is less likely to stalemate then a queen -_-. playing classical should be easy not to stalemate
@AlexClark no. he is complaining that his opponent left the game. which is against lichess tos but also promoting to 5 rooks is disrespectful. you have the right to not resign
@puzzlesandpuzzles You misunderstood me. I'm aware of what OP is complaining about. I was guessing that OP decided to go for 5 rooks to disrespect his opponent, and was guessing that he did so because he himself felt disrespected that his opponent didn't resign (which I don't think is good justification anyway) - and what I'm getting at is that you reap what you sow. The OP has now given what I consider a bs reason, that he needed 5 rooks to avoid stalemate when he has 21 minutes on the clock...
