I haven't played 20 standard games but I'm around 2000 in long time controls. I'd like to play. Is it worth me signing up?
Yeah! Even if you can't finish 20 games in time, we can keep you as an alternate until the next season starts!
#19 and #20 there's no hard deadline for signing up, we'll begin to form teams when we feel like we have enough people/the flow of new entries has slowed. I'd encourage signing up now, can't hurt!
When do I need to play 20 standard games by? Is there a cut off date? I'm currently played so another 12 to go.
#27 there's no hard deadline, but we will start as soon as we have enough people. sign up now, and then just finish your games asap. it doesn't take very long tbh

I'd encourage others to join in as well. League or team chess have their own dynamics. They can be great fun. I haven't played league chess since playing for my university team. So I'm looking forward to it.
