When I play a game against the computer, it shows that I have ∞ time to make a move, but how can this be possible If after 5 billion years the sun will destroy the earth?
I can't believe it. You are still playing from Earth?
I'm not sure if @Chesseph is serious or not...
It's possible because eternity is just a moment standing still forever. Take your time.
But as soon as you move, the stillness is over and everything is back to normal.
#2 Sadly Kepler-186f government doesn't want homo sapiens immigrants
the earth getting destroyed is irrelevant. You still have infinite time to make your move
Use your time! By taking enough time you will always make the best possible moves and always beat Stockfish. Meanwhile, while waiting, Stockfish will play some casual games and watch other people's games. So it's ok, Stockfish is not bored while waiting for your move.
The lichess.org servers will be kept unharmed aboard a satellite for eternity. Please donate to lichess to fund this project.
