Isolated queen's pawns.

We so often in chess hear about isolated queens pawns, but much less often isolated king's pawns. Why is this?
d4-c4 followed by e4 is pretty normal (or e4, d4 - c4). f4, e4, d4 taking twice on e5 is a rarer bird.
So I guess it all stems from the fact that you use the c pawn aggressively, for either side, but not the f pawn. Since the C pawn is the one beside the queen's pawn it's that one that will have a higher chance to become isolated. I guess it makes sense. Thanks for the reply!
