is there a reason i am playing so bad today?

as the title says
i played eastern super blitz arena (for a bit) then rage quit because i was getting crushed by random 1500's, my rating is 1750 so its i am playing badly compared to usual, but i was off to a good start (if a start means 1 game) then got paired with 1300 WHO BESERKED (of course i berserked as well) and lost. somehow after looking at his/her account, i dont feel like he/she is cheating or is that strong of a player who sandbagged.
i have not played for a week or so (ok ok i played yesterday) so is that the reason or is it just not my day?
Every one has good days and bad days. And you must learn to never underestimate another player lichess.org/o91G6Ela
Its normal to berzerk in rapid classical and blitz 5+0 or 3+0

As the guy above said, it is normal to have better days and worse ones. I add that psychologically sometimes you unconsciously underestimate lower rated players and end up losing, it happened to me a lot of times.

Btw I suggest to avoid online tournaments, you can't win, there's always one who cheats. Avoid online groups as well (it's even worse, not only there're cheaters, there're lots of people who defend them, even in front of proofs like accounts banned, ridicolously high ratings or victories against Grandmasters, they often even attack you to protect those crooks).
