Is Lichess getting stronger?

Look at my rating curve!!! Wth is happening? Either I'm getting worse (very possible) or the competition is getting stiffer!
Probably not. Maybe your out of practice? Want to be in the loop for my daily puzzle I send to my students?

I can add you when I get on the train. :)
BTW these puzzles are a mix of puzzles. Some are for calculation others are positional/strategical puzzles. From Aagaards books and from real games played between fairly good players. Aka puzzles from Sinquefield cup games or other top level games.
Its important that you have some knowledge before attempting these puzzles since some of them are quite difficult. Before I add anyone they must be at least 1850 classical on lichess.
Honestly - I think it has gotten stronger around here. It's just a simple matter of numbers: It's like NYC - there's more "crazies" because there's more of everything. With the population on this site being what it is at this point, I think there are a lot more strong players on the site and joining the site regularly than even a year or so ago.

As I mentioned this in the thread I made about ICC players thinking it's all casuals here: It's softer on ICC at this point for the most part. Horrible blunders, early resignations, disconnects after dropped pieces. The percentage of "good games" you get is far higher on Lichess than anywhere else now.

I logged onto Chess.com last night just to see if anything's changed: Nope. It's still the worst chess server on the internet. After not playing there for a while and just using the other sites, Chess.com is almost impossible to even look at. Their live chess is atrocious.

And good luck playing bullet chess on Chess.com during on-peak hours, the one to two second delay on pre-moves due to lag make me laugh. This is what happens when a chess website goes for a cash grab; everything seems to fall apart.
@Unthinkabl3

Yeah it's really bad now. Bullet, blitz, rapid, classical: There are more misdrops on Chess.com than there were in the first half of Saving Private Ryan. So clunky and imprecise compared to what the standard has now become.
