Im having issues visualising moves in chess

I can't really visualize moves in chess, what should i do?

It causes me to lose games, especially endgames because I can't really visualize a piece being there and what would the enemy respond to that move.

There’s no „shift“ one can use. Try calculating much, reading books without a board, solving combis without a board or try to play blindfold. It‘ll take you some years, sure.

Play classical games and play them slowly. By calculating possible lines you will get better at visualizing.

play - lose- study - play - lose again - study more - play again - win.
so, it's chess play resume, good luck.
