Slow down. Take time to think. You end this game with 17 useless minutes on your clock so you played this 30+0 game as if it were 15+0. Play the opening slowly and carefully. You can always speed up towards the end of the game. Most games are essentially decided by move 30. So you should play a 30+0 game at about 1 minute per move.

In the game posted, you give away two pieces by move 13. Check carefully that nothing is left undefended each move. Do tactics on chesstempo also. Best of luck!

Well, you dont need to be a level of tpr to understand a one move blunders: actually dont even post the one move blunders, beacuse you can find yourself a reason for your loss.
