Lichess has still not develop a code for these sitations , but ofcourse if you land up in this situation you will have to just premove rondomply and play 50 moves which will lead to a draw ( no pawn movement or capture )

In rare cases this can be difficult to decide automatically (forced lines, fortresses). By default we always side with the player who did not run out of time.
