I am searching for a team / or creating a new team ?

Hey guys (and girls),
I am a chessplayer who wants to study the game in more detail. I am not interested in wasting my time with playing bullet or blitz games.

I am looking for people who want to gain a deeper understanding of the game. From my point of view this is only possible if you analyse your games and if you write studies about different aspects (opening, middlegame, endgames, tactic .....) of the game.

I found out for me that writing studies and trying to teach other people is the best way to teach yourself and to become better.

I have specialised in solving tactical puzzles. I played a lot of puzzles on www.chesstempo.com. A few weeks ago, I came to Lichess and discovered this study-tool and began to produce some studies about puzzle-solving. Here are 2 links. All studies are designed as "interactive lessons", so the student is forced to make moves. This is much better than scrolling through a list of moves.

At the moment I am not playing chess anymore, because I am not good in chess openings. I am just beginning to learn this stuff. I started to watch videos on Youtube and from the St.Louis Chess club. I want to make playable studies based on those videos to teach other players. This is the best way to teach myself.

At the moment the making of studies for the whole unknown community on Lichess is not really satisfying for me. Nobody gives you a feedback. Therefore you don't know if your study is good or bad or what you could improve. Ok, the people click sometimes on the Like-Button. But to be honest, that is not really satisfying.

It would be cool to belong to small team of players, who would make all studies for each other to teach each other. Everybody could maybe specialise on a certain theme that would be the best way to save energy and avoid double-work.

At the same time this group of people could play team-tournaments against each other. It would be easy to arrange tournaments with certain opening lines etc....

I am not sure whether those teams already exist on Lichess. When I go to the "Community" and then to "Team", I can only see the big teams with thousands of members. But there are many more smaller teams which are not listed here. Sometimes I found links in the "Forum chat" or in the accounts of some people. But everytime when I go then to these teams, I could see that those teams were lifeless. Nobody is talking to each other. The threats are all old.

Therefore I suggest that we create a new team and try to find people with the same interests.
- Creating interactive studies for each other
- Playing tournaments against each other (most of the time unrated !)
- Trying to improve our chess skills as a team

Where can I find such a team ?

Or is it necessary to create a new team ?
Do you have any interest in becoming a member of such a team ?
