How to play UltraBullet?

How are you supposed to play UltraBullet properly? I just played 33 games and I lost 30 of them. There is just no time to think. I did not think at all, premoved nearly every single move, and gave as many checks as possible, yet I still lost by 5-7 seconds each time.
@ericw31415 UlterBullet is not for everyone. Some players don't have fast enough computers, have too slow internet speeds, their move reaction speeds are too slow and their brains are too slow too. You can improve with practice or just play using different time controls.
you're slower than you think.
the move time graphs show that your opponent was clearly winning the premove game. you didn't premove "nearly every single move", not even close.

it's hard to suggest much without actually watching play from your perspective (like your mouse movements). you should also disable piece animation in preferences if you haven't lichess.org/account/preferences/game-display

all that said, ultrabullet is an utter and complete waste of time. still, actual chess skill helps, because even making "random" moves is not as easy as it sounds.
you must be efficient and fast , always threatening mates
The slower the time controls the more your playing the position and not the clock.

I think, players that mastered the pawn chains, do well in Ultrabullet. I still have not memorized the common pawn chains and their levers, which explains why I'm rated 1226, in Ultrabullet, but if I'm given more time, my rating increases.

If you see possible pawn levers (Pawns that could attack pawns)... than you probably already know that your rooks should be under them ready to control that future column or your Bishops ready to take that future diagonal.

Fast paced strategy : Attack, Block, Capture & Defend.
