There are websites for that sort of thing. Or try your local phone box.
verified marks are not VIP status. It's for those who Lichess thinks they need a label of verification to avoid impersonation.

Impersonation is not possible on Lichess.
Different users cannot use usernames that are already assigned to existing users.
