How did you become so good?

I am a player who wants to be a 2000+ player. There are so many players who are good at chess on lichess.org. I am curious about how YOU became so good. (Please be as specific as possible. I want a lot of advice from 1800+ players)Thank you.
2 years ago on another website with Glicko 2 my rating was only 1400. Then I started solving puzzles, playing classical games and watching videos. Now I am a lot better. I recommend the same for you.
Good luck!
P.S. - A 2000+ player will give you better advice.
Practice and study, the same way you get good at anything. If you're looking for some magic shortcut that doesn't involve lots of those two things, it doesn't exist.
1. Stop playing bullet and play longer controls where you need to think

2. Solve chess puzzles, you have that option on lichess, but always try to calculate till the last move

3. Learn something about positional play, strategy, learn to develop pieces

4. Watch games of old GMs, Paul Morphy for the start
Study the games. Learn the patterns that bring to the advantage. Understand the difference between blind exchange and exchange in your favour. Try to find the tactics, but do not rely solely on them: most games are won through construction of long term advantages.

Play strong opponents on longer time controls, and try to understand when you went wrong when you analyze them
Another important tip is to study your own games with a stronger player. If you keep repeating the same mistakes, you will never improve. Although face-to-face is best, so you really get in depth suggestions, I am sure that if you post your game here plenty of people with give you feedback.
First of all you have to ask yourself, why do you need this? If you thought a bit deeper, the 2000 rating aim would become more or less a waste of time. If you play chess for fun, then just keep playing. If you plan to become professional, you need to aim higher.

Chess, like any other sport, is not fair. You need to spend a lot of time to become better than most players. Why do you lose then? Because some players spend a lot of time, they simply cannot find a better way to utilize their time. If you are planning to be the best of the best, you need to start as early as possible. But this is typically a parent's decision, not your's.

So the only advice here is just to forget about rating and play for fun.
PS: those 2k players are basically either very good fun players, or professional losers. This is like an IM title: from one perspective they are good, but basically they are losers who didn't manage to become "the best" among professionals.
I only have played 2 years chess and I am +2OO0 and I have win to titled players . My train was:
1. to do tactics ( to think well before of to move).
2.to play games play games at a slow pace.
3. analyze each game (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)
4.study a litlle of opening .
5 to play against players more strong than you.
