GME-title

I read about the need of new title for the strongest grandmasters. What about a title, which is not yours to keep, but you get it if you are above certain level (for example 2700). If you fall back and stop being active, you lose it.

Title could be something like GME, e standing for elite. Being dynamic title, you could actually see who are the best players now and Fide could adjust the elo needed to gain this title.
Surely there's no point in a dynamic title then? If this "GME" title refers to players above a certain rating, then it's just as easy to look for the rating rather than the new title.
I think a SGM title ("Super Grandmaster") would be suitable for 2700+ FIDE rated players.
The ranking is not always shown and everyone wouldn't know the limit. It would help specify which players are you talking about and so on.
I think this is pretty good. As we move up the skill ladder, we should be classifying the elite as such.
I like the idea of players getting an E or a S in front of their title it recognizes there accomplishment of reaching a certain rating level would be cool if children who got their titles at junior tournaments have a J in front of their title to recognize their accomplishment eg JGM (junior grand-master) might as well have it if woman players have WCM or WGM in front of their titles to recognize their accomplishment of getting a title cause they are woman :)
@TheCastler10 : Being ex military, it's hard not to read that list as ranks instead of titles. I understand Super Grand Master, but what would these stand for?
