At the moment I very much like the Scotch gambit and the two kinghts against Caro-Kann
I've been playing the Queen's Gambit a lot lately, after years of only playing e-pawn openings

Personally, I like the Urusov Gambit. Kind of unpopular but very underrated in my opinion. There's also the vampire opening that I like too.
Steinitz french, Winawer french, slav, semislav, Kings gambit, KID, Najdorf, Scheveninguen, spanish, Nimzo...
