Fairly difficult imbalance question

Let say as result of positional complications i'm forced to sacrifice my queen for two minor pieces + couple of pawns.

Here is the though question:

If all things being equal (equilibrium), would you rather prefer to face the opposing queen or two rooks?

For example BBPP vs Q or BBPP vs RR

BNPP vs Q | BNPP vs RR

NNPP vs Q | NNPP vs RR
Are the pawns one move from promotion?
Give the fen positions.
Sorry, no position.

The sacrifice can be done in two ways, allowing you to choose between facing the queen or two rooks, which opposing major piece suits you?
Drawn games, if you sacrifice the Queen or the rooks for the pawns: NNPP vs Q | NNPP vs RR

Winning games, if you sacrifice the Queen or the rooks for the pawns: BNPP vs Q | BNPP vs RR

Conclusion: With a variety of pieces and less forced choices, the horizon is harder to visualize. I think the BNPP vs RR is the most interesting of the 4 scenarios. If I was BNPP, I would want to play against the Q, not the Rooks. A fortress can be built without pawns against a queen, with the King and BN.
Chess is concrete. It is pointless to argue hypothetical positions.
My experience is the following:
The stronger a player gets the better he is able to coordinate his pieces making R+R or even B+B+p+p+p (or B+B+N) more advantageous.
The weaker a player is the more likely he will blunder pieces making it easier for him to keep an eye on one Q than on two or more pieces.

Three random positions:

@tpr it's nowhere near pointless imo. It's comparable to the never ending ♕ vs ♜♜ debate.

While the queen can be suppressed by minor pieces, the rook does not in the same extent.

I'd generally prefer to just face the queen. If the rooks are at all coordinated, which we're assuming by stating an equilibrium, they just perform much more effectively than the queen. In my opinion.
These are 'general' guidelines

2R > Q+P
2B > B+N or N+N
B+N > R+P
Q+N > Q+B
R+B > R+N
2 minor pieces > R+P
3 minor pieces > Q

I would say facing Q is better than 2R but it really depends
