Bad location = high ping
High ping = big delay
Big delay = less time
Less time = less accuracy
Less accuracy = Less win
Less win = More Ttilt
More Tilt = even less accuracy
Even less accuracy = More less rating

All this is just because I'm a non franceman

hmm. i re-read the network lag page and it says:

"ichess compensates network lag. This includes sustained lag and occasional lag spikes. ...As a result, having a higher network lag than your opponent is not a handicap!"

is this true? is this just my skill issue? does lichess compensate my 2000 ping?

Yes, Lichess compensates for lag. Bug nevertheless I wouldn't recommend playing bullet with such a high lag.

It's probably more related to the quality of your network than your actual location. There are many many players all around the world with low lag values on Lichess.

If you have this problem my coach said 1 move only need to use 15 seconds

It's really a tragedy when someone holds a gun to your head and forces you to play exclusively bullet games. My sincere condolences...
