Good question. I always was wondering, too.
Yes, report them. Lichess cannot investigate all games, they need triggers.

I will suggest not to report it because of that - just ignore it. Many people here are just amateurs and this is just social net. The point is to get fun and spend nice time here, not to make any tensions...

But if you see insults and anything else unapropriate on this forum, please do.

But all upper is my personal opinion only, it is up to you to do whatever you believe is correct.
Are they using a stronger chess computer than yours !?
After years of fighting a never-ending battle of trying to sniff out cheaters I have developed THE ultimate method for them:

1. any suspicion of cheating ----> instantly block player
2. after game just get a new opponent
3. that's it

I do not recommend wasting any time in reporting cheaters. Even if they cheat that can not always be proven, and if they get banned they just make a new username, if not here then in some other site. Sure you might block some players who do not cheat, but the player pool is big enough to not get harmed by that.
I report obvious cheaters that do not have any mistakes or inaccuracies for several games in a row. With good success. But i don't report them for just one good game usually.Move times is also a factor. But again,if you have to report or not,it is up to you to do decision.
