defense training

Hi everybody,
I 'd like to defense so much better and to train it more. I think training is all to often focused on attacking and typical combinations therefor.

Do you have a good tip or idea to defend better?

Make tatics. There are alot where you have to defend to save the advantage.

Set up some gambit position and try to defend it against Stockfish.
