Oh come on, Gukesh is a young boomer and has long way in his career. You can't conpare with legends so early. Many people don't realise it.
And yeah, this Olympiad is turning out to be great for him. Just hope for his best.
This is very impressive, to say the least. But let's wait and see. AF was also destroying everyone at the end of 2021 but his performance in the candidates was underwhelming. It is one thing to dominate 2600s and an entirely different thing to battle the actual elite.

It is not infinite because our performance rating calculation assumes a finite RP but in theory someone of infinite elo could score the same as Gukesh did.
