what makes a puzzle good or bad?
Um I did it at least twice but I am working on improving myself.
It's not just because I couldn't solve it! It's because it was stupid!

Actually I almost always upvote. If I don't understand a puzzle it's appearently over my head. When should one downvote? idk
And yes, the few times I do downvote are out of frustration for not solving it.

but seriously, i have downvoted many puzzles after seeing that the computer gave a better evaluation to my move than to the "correct" move

I only downvoted a puzzle once, because it didn't feel like it was anywhere nearly as tough as its rating.
