Does the international rules of chess do not work on this site? in andgame i had two pown and king, my oponent only one bishop and king, i offered him draw but he didnt accept, Suddenly the time has passed and i lost :) Is it right?

Yes, lichess does not apply all the rule of the FIDE Federation.

If your time is up, you lose, unless there is no series of legal moves where he can mate you.

@sebastiansalvatore tu as visiblement triché et tu ne peux plus que jouer des parties sans classement.
Si tu te déconnectes de ton compte et que tu vas sur ton profil de façon anonyme tu verras que c'est écrit en rouge : ce joueur utilise un programme d'échecs.
