Bcs infinite puzzles can be solved in lichess whereas chess.com needs subscription for more than 5 puzzles.

The puzzles at lichess are really bad though since 99% of the time they're just counting puzzles. If you want good puzzles, use chesstempo. Not only are they much more difficult, it tells you after completion the names of the tactics used in whatever combo you solved. You can then click on those names for a more thorough description.
