Chess cheating

Ive noticed a lot of people at my rating level playing perfect games over and over again. It's interesting because they also have a blitz rating much lower than their rapid rating. I've reported and nothing is being done. That being said, I also know lichess is such a reliable site, and they are constantly bringing cheaters to justice. Am I wrong to assume a player is cheating when he plays so much better than his blitz rating? Have other players noticed the same thing happening? I would tag the names of the players I am referring too, but I am not one to publicly shame.
@Pr0crustes If nothing is done, they are probably not cheating or there is not enough evidence yet. I reported 5 people so far. 4 have been banned already. The other person still plays. 1 of the banned players was immediately banned after i reported him. The other 3 have been banned later. For one of them it took some weeks to be banned. So just wait, if the people you reported are really cheating, they will be banned sooner or later
Don't worry about it too much my friend. Report, block, and move on.
I report and black every time, the huge problem is that I cannot avoid to play against them in a tournament. Cheating is still a huge problems and I understand that there is not easy solution. But I get frustrated a lot when I played rapid or standard games against players that are rated 200-300 points less than me on blitz and they literally destroyed me in rapid/classical games. And if you check the majority of the rapid/classical games where I got crushed they got like 0 0 0 in the analysis.
Talking about bullet, my opinion is that it is almost impossible NOT to make blunders.
And what is quite funny, is that even strong players (2100+) are blundering...On the other hand, very often, low rated players (let's say < 1800) have games with 0 blunders...Inaccuracies, maybe one mistake, but no blunders.
Does anyone have the same experience ?
In the last month I beat 3 players over 2100 in rapid games but I got crushed in other rapid games against players 200-300 points lower than me on blitz.
Ok it makes me feel a lot better that I'm not the only one. It sucks when you work so hard to improve and someone wants an ego boost and takes away your hard work. I would like to personally thank lichess for banning two people I have reported today. For the cheaters reading this: earning points through hard work is a lot more enjoyable and the right thing to do :)
@MrScribbles I will admit that I was a little frustrated today when I made this post. I usually follow your method. Today I was just a little tilted and wanted to vent lol. Thanks for the advice my guy
rapid has a different pool than blitz, bullet and classical... being 2100 on rapid doesn't mean your 2100 in other time formats. It makes sense the more time someone has the less mistakes, inaccuracies and blunders people make. To assume a player who plays a perfect game or trifecta ( 0 mistakes, 0 inaccuracies, 0 blunders ) is cheating is wrong i have played many "perfect games" and i don't cheat, but there are cheaters out there ,
If a players has the standard/rapid rating 500 points above his blitz rating and if he plays a lot of games with 0 0 0 and a ACPL less than 15 there is a huge probability that he is using computer assistance. @Darksouls is you check you rating the blitz is quite similar to the rapid. Mine more or less is the same. I am talking about players that are like 1500 on blitz and they play a lot of games in rapid with performance like a 2200 rated players. This is impossible. The difference between the blitz and rapid rating cannot be so huge.
