Can UltraBullet improve your level at playing chess?

I had an argument with @StiGGe : can UltraBullet improve your level at playing chess? StiGGe thinks that it can help, I think that it can't help.

UltraBullet may improve your chess in some aspects, but you can learn much more from classical games where you have time to think about your moves.

@Aks_Oks I don't think ultrabullet improves your level of chess knowledge because you can't plan your moves or build a tactic, which is possible in long time control games :)

@Francesco_Super read #1 carefully. I think that UltraBullet can't improve your level at playing chess.
