Try to get an approval for a Bot vs Human theme tournament with the following idea:
Bot handicapped themed tournaments: (Remove 2 pieces, not pawns)
Variant Bot theme: Remove the pair of Rooks, then have the bots play in the tournament.
The bot lost it's castling rights and an end game advantage.
The tournament is not 100% rated. Only the Bots that played humans get rated.
