BugHouse in Chess.com

Sorry that I'm asking something about Chess.com
So I run lot of chessclubs during the week and I'm making a transition on
having my students play BugHouse in Chess.com

So today, I spent like good 30 mins with jr.High and H.S. students but we just failed on how to get paired on
Chess.com to play BugHouse together..

Now, I just went to play "alone" and get random partner, but it's just on "searching" for 3mins...

Am I doing something wrong? Is this like Premium member only thing?

Maybe there are less players in bughouse. Spell chess has been getting popular. If you want your students to be paired, make an arena. This isn't the right place to ask though.

You shouldn't be so ungrateful to someone trying to help you. They are allowed to post.

You know chess.con have an email,Twitter account,twitch you can literally contact them about them so why as Lichess players
