K, first of all, we all makes mistake. Normal, perfect kid, does not exist in this universe. And there is no permission needed to deliver evidence....evidence Carlsen doesn't have
It's funny (or actually sad) how some people are completely downplaying his cheating at 12 (not only at 16 or 17). "Oh he was a minor, he was a kid". From some posts I get the vibe that "oh, you can cheat all you want as long as you're a kid, you have puppy's license, it's harmless, we'll all forgive"

If you can't dredge up other stuff after 12 or 16, maybe he isn't all that bad.

The defendants are being sued over an allegation of over the board cheating in St. Louis this past September. Alleged and admitted online cheating years ago is nothing more than a smokescreen designed to deflect from the fact that bald allegations of cheating otb were made by defendants against Niemann. Carlsen, Rensch and their minions are actually just continuing to dig holes for themselves. They're also hurting chess world-wide.

Why is it so impossibly hard for you to understand that cheating is wrong, that abusiveness is wrong, and so on and so forth?
Cheating is wrong whether *you* think it is; attacking and using ad hominems against opponents (and in the forums) is wrong whether *you* think it is or not. It's like talking to someone without any moral compass whatsoever.
