BOARD LOCKED UP AND I COULD NOT MOVE, WHAT HAPPENED?

THE BOARD WAS LOCKED UP.

i had just moved my white rook checking him so it was his move but my clock was still ticking down, he/she was saying to hurry and move but it was there move not mine, they were in check.

The suddenly his queen took my rook obviously and then for no reason i hear instantly the word "victory".

It says black resigned?

Can anyone explain, is it a glitch or am i missing something blatantly obvious?

Please there is no need to comment on the poor play.

Also how do i show the game so you can see exactly what happned without copy and paste please?

Oh it copied the game automatically! Nice touch didnt know that.
So any ideas why my clock ticked when it was their move?

They were asking me to move but they were in check, it was as if they were seeing the game a move out of sequence then me.

Timestamps from the game do not show anything out of the ordinary. Best guess is that it was just some bad lag.
