Regium: Extraordinary Claims Require Extraordinary Evidence

I don’t think Chess.com disclosed how much money they actually received from the sponsorship, but overall it’s certainly thousands, if not tens of thousands, of dollars.
FYI, I looked on LinkedIn for all of the personnel listed on regiumchess.com/about.html, and was able to match three profiles to the names and pictures given by Regium. The CTO (Angel Delgado) confirmed his involvement with Regium, and reiterated their victimization position. However, the person matching Alfonso Balcells, identified by Regium as 'Full Stack Developer', flatly denied any relationship with Regium.
All their potencial public are aware by now. Even if they try to get money will be a fiasco. So I think everything is fine.
It's nice to gather all evidence and report them to Kickstarter but I won't be surprised if they have a fake Kickstarter site up as well. Someone at chess.com noticed that the Kickstarter logo used by Regium is different than the original.
Actually Lichess didnt really understand I think the claim of Regium, depending or not if it's a real product.

One of the moderator claimed in a previous post that regium were criminals and this is defamation. It doesn't matter if the product exists or not... I warned that day the author of that post and that should have been deleted, in response the topic was blocked.

Thibaut, it doesn't matter how much you can prove their product do not exists, you risk of losing a lot in a trial against public defamation such as criminal behaviour for any companies...

My opinion...
Comments like #293 really need to be addressed.... This is huge. Does that mean chess24 and chesscom did this on purpose!?
One thing that has emerged from this fiasco is there is *massive* demand for a board that moves the pieces using electromagnetism. If anyone wants to develop such a product, Regium has done the market research for you and you'll have a guaranteed hungry crowd waiting to purchase (once you demonstrate you actually have a genuine product).
That’s true! So perhaps some good can come out of this, if someone sees the opportunity!
