Clearly there are players who vote more frequently than 24 hours.
Just on Page 5 of the thread there are 3 votes from the same player, clearly violating the 1 vote in 24 hours policy (
lichess.org/forum/general-chess-discussion/best-chess-players-relative-to-their-peers?page=5 ).
From this point on this thread is illegitimate.
This is sad in the sense that it shows that if something can be abused, it will be abused. You cannot expect self regulation and self restraint, not even if the stakes are as low as here.
