Any decent gambit style vs the Caro kan or French.?

Obviously difficult to hit when the opponent stands back like that, but I play and enjoy the Budapest, the Kings gambit and the Scandinavian. Any suggestions of anything forcing and tactical available against the openings that bore me to death?
Milner-Barry gambit against the French? Most French players will go down into it, and you get the classic gambit play of giving up material for development and an attack. If you play the more modern Nbd2 after Nxd4 then it’s also basically sound as well.

You can play 3. f3 against the Caro, its not really sound but after dxe4 fxe4 then e5 and Nf3 you have a much more Italian Game / Kings Gambit style of position rather than playing for a small edge. Of course they don’t have to take the pawn.
Thanks. MBG looks promising from the few minutes Googling ive done. I have a week off in a week. I might just add it to my repertoire.
panov botvinnik variation for caro kan.
e4 c6 d4 d5 exd5 cxd5 c4

French is a very solid opening for black and there are no easy solutions to getting the type of position you want, so you are just going to have to suck it up and learn the theory.

Also don't play the MBG its fucking trash.

e4 e6 d4 d5 e5 c5 c3 Nc6 Nf3 Qb6 Bd3?? cxd4 cxd4 Bd7!!

Bd7 makes Bd3 completely fucking pointless, if you do not move ur bishop Bd3-Be2 ur going to be losing that pawn on d4. Maybe this is the point of the gambit? I dont see any attacks white can do for giving away that d pawn tho, and if you move Be2 you have lost 1 tempi.

Overall a very bad gambit and opening imo, I would rather play more dubious gambits than MBG because at least I have the chance that my opponent cannot perfectly counter the later attacks.

With MBG ur literally just hoping ur opponent is ignorant of a very well known opening trap in the french, which he probably will know if he's a french player.
@ItsNotLike_I_Likeyou Bd7 is the lead into the Milner Barry gambit. White gives up the pawn on d4 (and maybe also e5) in exchange for development and an attack. If you don’t see where the attack comes from, just look up some games.

When I said the MBG is basically sound I don’t mean that there’s a dumb beginner trap in it.
Here is an example of the Millner-Barry Gambit
And here is an example of the Panov-Botvinnik Attack against the Caro-Kann
