Here is the list from Singapore. I searched and the GM's don't fit to your post #42. As I'm searching for actual examples of masters getting the title and having learned chess as adults I put this question. Do you have a source? There are so many wrong informations in chess fora.

Reading Hendriks and his computer analytics he states that the old masters (historical Elo) were overrated by up to 500 points compared to today. So the old masters 200 years ago who started late became today master’s candidates.

Speaking of today and you won’t become IM starting beyond 20 y.o. FM would be a rare bird.
