Nobody plays more erratic than I do.
There are good reasons why a person can play +/- 300 points, one way or another, depending on the day/week/month/year.
If it were possible to easily trigger a false positive, I'm confident that I would have done it, but I have never been banned.
Long story short: I wouldn't worry about it, you'll be just fine.
