Advice on a tutor.

I have always been realistic about my chess skill;

My goal has always been to be a real 2k FIDE / ECF.
I started as an old man at 27, been playing for 10 years. I have made steady progress +100 points per year.
But now I feel I have hit my brick wall.

I think it's time now for me to get a tutor to help take me to the next level, clean up my openings and to regain my passion for chess and not just to play endless Bullet games.

Any advice on who you recommend? How much? And the best platforms to use...
I recommend one of them:
World Champion Classical: GM Magnus Carlsen.
Women's World Chess Champion: GM Ju Wenjun.
World Champion Rapid: GM Nodirbek Abdusattorov.
World Champion Blitz: GM Maxime Lachier Lagrave.
Chess960 Champion: GM Wesley So.

Best platform: Lichess.
go to lichess coaches and try out a few. No science to it. Ideally, you would first know what your weaknesses are (for example, endgame, calculation, openings) and find a coach that specializes in those.

Also good to find a good price / quality ratio so you can have lots of lessons.

Finally congrats on your success. I started a couple years ago and also been gaining about 100 pts a year. Hope to get to your level someday!
I know that. I want recommendations from people who have actually had lessons.
chessmood.com

I don't have a personal experience with them, but their material is very good.

If you go for the yearly subscription ($486) you get a 1-1 lesson with a grandmaster, planning your studies.
I highly recommend Voja Milanovic, an IM based in Belgrade, Serbia. I found him on ICC and took lessons with him for close to five years. My strength increased by about 400 elo points thanks to his coaching. He charges $30 per hour. Money well spent, IMO.

Sounds more like that's up to you to do. :)
